Tonight, it’s Bossier National Night Out: A time to strengthen neighborhood bonds
Bossier is once again celebrating National Night Out, tonight, Tuesday, October 7, 2025. It’s an evening when neighbors come together to strengthen relationships and promote safe, friendly neighborhoods.
Residents have the opportunity to meet with each other and local law enforcement, first responders, and community leaders in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. It also provides a valuable opportunity for citizens and law enforcement to build stronger bonds, share concerns, and work together to prevent crime.
“National Night Out is all about community,” Sheriff Julian Whittington said. “It’s a chance for us to spend time with our neighbors and strengthen the partnerships that help keep Bossier Parish safe. We look forward to visiting with folks across the parish and enjoying this time together.”
Deputies from the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office will be making stops at the various block parties throughout the evening, greeting residents, answering questions, and sharing in the fellowship.
