Bossier Parish house fire sends one to hospital with severe burns
On Saturday, November 22nd, shortly after 3:30 am, Bossier Parish Fire District #1 responded to Robbin Lane in the Fillmore community on a call of a residential structure fire.
First arriving units found heavy fire through the roof of a 2-story wood-frame home. It took firefighters approximately one hour to bring the situation under control.
One occupant received severe burns and was transported to a local hospital by Bossier Parish Emergency Medical Service.
Four Engines, one Rescue, one Chief and two EMS Units responded. Haughton Fire Department and South Bossier Fire District #2 assisted.

Rain and possible severe weather tonight, colder air moves in before Thanksgiving
The National Weather Service is expecting excessive heavy rainfall and some severe weather to impact the region on Monday, continuing through at least Monday night.
Colder air is expected to move into the Bossier Parish area during the day on Wednesday, and through the end of the Thanksgiving holiday week, with near-freezing overnight low temperatures across much of the ArkLaTex on Thursday and Friday mornings.
