Bossier City employee pay raises: Charter Commission rethinks mandated salary increases
The Bossier City Charter Commission began with a full head of steam, anxious to rewrite the City's "Constitution" and implement several improvements to local government. So far, it has fallen short of gaining ground to put local term limits before the voters — and now it's rethinking an effort to mandate City employee salary increases.
