New $11.5 million Bossier Parish Sheriff's crime lab raises questions
Fresh off an appeal to asking taxpayers to donate money "to fight crime," word of an $11.5 million crime lab — apparently being built and funded by the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office — is raising questions.
