The Bossier City Charter Commission has been tasked with reviewing the "Constitution" of the City of Bossier City. The Charter is the governing document of City government. The Charter Commission meetings have uncovered some surprising revelations, including that the commissioners — appointed by the elected officials currently in office — believe some City leaders have violated the law.
